What we did

SYNC was brought in to refresh the brand’s socials and tap into the newer and younger audience, building a strong organic community. The goal was to engage, build trust and grow the online following across all major social channels. 

Challenges

The brand’s socials had been dormant, with limited interaction. The content is also relatively niche (finance), so there were limited avenues to tap into trends and build strong immediate engagement.

What we did

SYNC focused on building the right type of content and diving into managing reach with relevance. So, rather than compete against lifestyle accounts, SYNC focused on reaching the right audience with the right topics and measuring growth in the right way. 

Results

Despite the challenges, growth was strong:

  • We achieved highs with posts that hit over 3 million views across all platforms
  • Largest organic reach for TikTok, with posts reaching hundreds of thousands 
  • Over 1000% growth in views, engagement and reach across all major social platforms
